Chargeback & Dispute Resolution Policy

We want every order to go smoothly. If something’s wrong with your order, please contact us directly at bcultrallc@gmail.com before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved faster this way than through a chargeback, and it helps us keep offering the payment options we do.

Before You Dispute a Charge

If you believe you were charged in error, didn’t receive your order, or received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery (per our Return Policy) with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all billing inquiries within 1-2 business days and will work with you to resolve it where applicable.

How We Handle Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed, we will respond to the claim through our payment processor within the required timeframe. As part of that process, we may submit documentation including but not limited to:

• Order and payment confirmation
• Shipping and delivery tracking records
• Communication history with the customer
• A copy of our Terms, Conditions, and Return Policy acknowledged at checkout

Fraudulent or Invalid Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for an order that was accurately delivered as described, without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly, may be treated as a fraudulent dispute. We reserve the right to contest such chargebacks with our processor and to decline future orders from accounts with a pattern of unresolved disputes.
